Qualifications:
● Candidate must possess at least a
Bachelor's/College Degree, Post Graduate
Diploma/Master's Degree in Business
Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, or
equivalent.
● At least three to three to five (3) years of experience
in key account management, sales, or business
development within the FMCG or skincare industry
● With a strong background in handling Modern Trade
accounts, preferably with Mercury Drug Corporation
(MDC), Puregold, Robinsons, SM, etc.
● Highly analytical, creative, organized, and possess a
good leadership style.
● Proven track record of managing key accounts and
driving sales growth.
Key Accounts Manager
Qualifications:
● Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in
Marketing, Business Administration, Marketing
Economics, or any related course.
● With at least three (3) years of relevant experience,
preferably from an FMCG or related industry, is
required.
● Must be a manager specializing in Sales
Development.
● Has a keen business sense and can identify market
opportunities.
● Possesses strong leadership skills and has exposure
to training management and providing coaching
when necessary.
● Advanced analytical with the ability to interpret
data, generate insights, and make data-driven
decisions to identify opportunities for sales.
Area:
● North Luzon
Area Sales Lead
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising,
Communications, or any related field.
● With at least 1 year experience in field sales or
equivalent, preferably from the FMCG or Retail
industry.
● Strong communication, negotiation, and
interpersonal skills.
● Ability to solve e problems and deal with a variety of
variables.
● Proficient in Microsoft programs such as Word,
Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

Trade Operations Specialist
Qualifications:
● Experience as a Beauty Skincare Consultant,
Merchandiser, Brand Promoter (e.g., Promo Girl/Push
Girl), preferably in the Beauty or FMCG industry.
● Strong skills in selling and merchandising.
● Excellent communication skills and a confident,
professional personality.
● Ability to solve problems effectively, especially in
high-pressure or crisis situations.
